The guys on American Pickers are the kindred spirits to my brother-in-law Randy. He’s turned his two-car garage into a museum of found objects.

Every time my husband and I visit, Randy has added more new treasures—old musical instruments and movie posters are a particular passion, as are motorcycle signage and helmets.

Women's Health is a great publication when it comes to representing the demographic today. I cannot argue with the magazine's placement as No. 2 on Adweek's Hot List 2010. And I found the same is true for the magazine's digital site.

Wallace and Gromit are two of my favorite celebrities. If you haven’t seen their new short animated film, A Matter of Loaf and Death, I highly recommend it. The film is nominated for a 2009 Academy Award in the category of Short Film (Animated); if the film wins at the Oscar Ceremony on March 8, it will be the pair’s third Oscar-winning effort.
