Pace Communications Announces Groundbreaking Deal to Produce New US Airways Magazine Greensboro, NC, December 12, 2005 — Pace Communications, the world’s largest private custom publishing company and one of the most award-winning publishers in the category, has announced that it will produce the new US AirwaysMagazine for customers of the new US Airways that has emerged as the result of the merger between America West and US Airways. The new publication, to be helmed by five-time Gold Folio Award–winning editor Lance Elko, will debut in January 2006. Veteran magazine industry professional Andrea Alexander, formerly of Hearst, Meredith and American Express Publishing, has been hired by Pace as its new publisher.
