“I know Pace Communications to be professional, client-centric, involved in the community and great stewards of our brand,” says John Reyes, president and CEO of the Monterey County CVB. “We’re look forward to their expertise positioning our destination’s greatest attributes and glad to have them as our publishing partner.”
According to Steve Mitchem, vice president of Destination Publishing Group, the opportunity to work with such a world-renowned locale represents a significant accomplishment for his team.
“Our philosophy and strategy for visitor magazines is that we want to cover destinations where they’re going to have an appreciation for our writing and design and the creative aspect that we bring,” says Mitchem. “This is an acknowledgement that Pace Communications has an expertise in iconic destinations, destinations that are recognized all over the world.”
The launch issue will publish in March 2011.
