Pace Receives More Awards Than Any Other Custom Content Agency.
Greensboro, NC (November 10, 2011)— In a night celebrating the best in content marketing, Pace Communications, a leading integrated custom content agency, received nineteen Pearl awards, more than any other custom content provider at the Custom Content Council’s Pearl Awards annual ceremony in New York Monday evening. The Pearl Awards celebrate excellence in custom content across print, digital and other media platforms. More than 638 entries were received this year from a wide range of publishers and clients across the B2B, B2C and B2E industries.

While her company received awards for custom content marketing excellence, Pace President and CEO Bonnie McElveen-Hunter was awarded the John Caldwell Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to the industry by virtue of his or her leadership and success at promoting the use of custom media as a marketing channel and a standard for work that demonstrates excellence in custom content.
In her acceptance speech, McElveen-Hunter cited the amazing growth the company has experienced in its more than 35 years and the stellar talents of the Pace staff. “I stand before you grateful for one of the greatest gifts … dignity of purpose and treasured colleagues. This award is being accepted not by me, but through me, in recognition of their amazing and unrelenting hard work and unyielding faith in each other and the future. … I am proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with each and every one,” she said.
