Pace Receives Sixteen APEX Awards

Company accepts honorable recognition for print and digital work.

Greensboro, NC (July 25, 2011)—Pace Communications, a leader in print and digital custom content marketing, was recently honored at the 23rd annual APEX Awards for creative achievement, excellence in graphic design and stellar editorial content. The company captured one Grand Award and 15 Awards of Excellence for both print and electronic publications.

Pace Communications received one prestigious Grand Award and 15 Awards of Excellence in the following categories:

Award of Excellence: 

- Toyota Connections for Feature Writing 

- Wells Fargo Conversations won FIVE awards for Print and Digital including, “Green” Writing, How-To Writing, Special Purpose Electronic Media & Video Publications, and New Magazines & Journals 

- Wells Fargo Advisor News for Custom-Published Newsletters

- Seminole Player’s Life won TWO awards for Custom-Published Magazines & Journals and Most Improved Magazines & Journals

- AAA Living for Photography and Electronic & Web Publications

- AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah won awards for Special Purpose Brochures, Manuals & Reports, Getaways and Feature Series Writing

- The American Cancer Society’s Triumph for Regular Departments & Columns, and Magazines & Journals Design & Layout 

The Apex Awards attracted more than 3,300 entries in 11 main categories including, Newsletters; Magazines & Journals; Magapapers & Newspapers; Annual Reports; Brochures, Manuals & Reports; Electronic Media & Video; Web & Intranet Sites; Campaigns, Programs & Plans; Writing; Design & Illustration; and One-of-a-Kind Publications. 

In all, 100 Grand Awards were presented to honor outstanding work in 11 main categories, and 957 APEX Awards of Excellence recognized exceptional entries in each of the individual categories.
